Full-time client services position supporting a busy and growing Wealth Management practice in Summertown, Oxford. The role is primarily administrative, and marketing based but there is opportunity for career development in the profession of Wealth Management and Financial Planning.
Responsibilities include: Welcoming clients and setting up for meetings; responding to client queries; diary management; processing new business; client record management; creating advice letters from templates; liaising with para-planners and financial services providers; event organisation and other general administration.
The practice is based on the Banbury Road, Summertown with an existing team of three support staff, and two advisors. Their time is mostly spent visiting his expanding client base at their homes around Oxfordshire and Berkshire.
Looking for candidates with existing experience of client services or financial service administration who are happy to work in a small team or sometimes by themselves. We would also strongly consider candidates from a tax, legal or banking background. Must have excellent written communication and organisational abilities. The successful candidate must also be able to work from his or her own initiative and be comfortable using on-line learning resources to guide them through tasks.
Skills & Duties Required are:-
Preparing business for submission
Liaising with clients
Computer record keeping using the specialised client record management system
Must be able to work under pressure of deadlines
Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail
Strong Word and Excel skills
Candidates will be able to demonstrate their capability during the interview process by way of assessment.
